Gear Grinding :

With three Reishauer gear grinders Chardam Gear has the ability to produce the finest quality gears in the industry.  Our recent addition of an RZ-300E, allows us to produce up to an AGMA 15 gear.

Gear Cutting :

Shaping, hobbing, broaching and gear honing can all be done in house at Chardam Gear.  Helical splines, pump gears, fuel shafts and matched planet gears have all been produced by this fine department.

Form Grinding :

Chardam offers a complete line of internal, external and helical form grinding.  A bank of 5 spline grinders and our newest CNC Red Ring model form grinder can handle the toughest spline and gear configurations.
